These terms cover use of this website. Client work is governed by a separate signed agreement. If the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.

About us

Impression Systems LLC is a Maryland limited liability company that builds and runs custom scheduling and patient follow-up systems for health practices and other owner-led businesses. Each engagement is set up for that client; we don't sell off-the-shelf software.

Information on this site

Content here is general information about our services. Examples and illustrations, including sample messages and app screens, use fictional data and show how a system can work. They aren't promises of specific results. Features marked "Under construction" or "In development" aren't available to clients yet. Scope, fees and timelines are set only in a written agreement.

Contacting us

Emailing us or booking a call doesn't make you a client or create a confidential relationship. Please don't send patient information or account numbers by email.

Not professional advice

We are not a CPA firm, law firm or financial advisor. Nothing on this site or in our deliverables is accounting, tax, audit, legal or investment advice.

AI-assisted services

Our services use AI-assisted tools with human review, as described in How we use AI. You decide whether drafted messages are sent, and you're responsible for the decisions you make.

Intellectual property

This site's content and design belong to Impression Systems LLC. You may view and share it but not copy or reuse it commercially without permission.

This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. Liability for client services is set out in the signed client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute about this site will be heard in the state courts located in Frederick County, Maryland, or, if federal jurisdiction applies, in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date.
